1. the product

everything sold on this site is nothing: a physical, empty box, shipped to the address you give at checkout. the box contains nothing. no object, no note, no code, no surprise. this is disclosed on every product listing, on the payment page itself, and here.

2. what you get

one (1) empty box per unit purchased, sealed and shipped with tracking. the variants — nothing, nothing air, nothing max, nothing pro — differ only in box size, sturdiness, and price. their contents are identical: none.

3. payment & acknowledgment

payments are processed by stripe. before paying, you must tick a box confirming you understand the product is an empty box; stripe records that consent with your order. by completing a purchase you confirm that you read the description, you understand the box will be empty, and you are buying it anyway, on purpose.

4. all sales final

no refunds, returns, or exchanges, to the maximum extent permitted by law. nothing cannot arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. if the box itself shows up crushed beyond enjoyment, email us and we’ll sort something out — we’re honest weirdos, not monsters.

5. payment disputes

you agree not to dispute or charge back a purchase on the grounds that the box was empty or that “nothing arrived.” the box being empty is the product working exactly as described, and delivery is tracked. we respond to disputes with the product description, your recorded checkout consent, and the tracking number.

6. rights that survive this page

some rights can’t be waived by a website’s terms — card-network dispute processes and certain statutory consumer protections among them. we’re not pretending otherwise. our entire legal strategy is telling you the truth up front, repeatedly, in lowercase.

7. no warranties

the box is provided “as is.” we make no promises about what nothing will do for you, your happiness, or your shelf. results of owning nothing may vary from nothing to nothing.

8. liability

to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything arising from your purchase is capped at the amount you paid for it.

9. shipping

we ship from germany, tracked, via dhl. shipping is charged at checkout based on the destination zone you pick, and the exact fee is shown before you pay. we ship to the address you give stripe at checkout. typo’d your address? email us fast, before the nothing leaves the facility.
